Jim brings decades of experience working in corporate roles delivering analytic solutions that drive business success.  He is currently Chief Operating Officer and Life Sciences Partner at MSRCosmos LLC, an IT solutions company.  Jim previously served as Vice President of Digital and Business Technology Innovation at Syneos Health, the leading organization providing Lab to Life™ contract research (CRO) and commercialization (CCO) services, where he was focused on driving better clinical trial outcomes through advanced analytic capabilities.  Jim was Vice President at Creativity Inc.

Jim has recently been named a top digital innovator in Databird Research Journal Digital Transformation 2018 guide and was interviewed for the PharmaVOICE article of Artificial Intelligence: Molecule to Market (January 2019).  Jim has also been an educator in various capacities, having earned his California Teaching Credential in High Mathematics from the University of Laverne (CA).  He previously taught within the CA public high school system and was recently an adjunct instructor in the Business Analytics department at Wake Technical Community College (NC).
